Feeding Bodies and Minds: Newark’s Youth Farmstand
Rutgers Cooperative Extension helped start programs that teach teens about farming, nutrition and running a small business. The Youth Farmstand programs support both local farmers and at-risk youth in urban areas across New Jersey. Teens participating in the Newark Youth Farmstand share what they have learned.
