Alumna Jenna Deinzer (SEBS’16)
Registered Dietitian, Jenna Deinzer completed both her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences as well as her dietetic internship at Rutgers University, crediting mentor Peggy Policastro, director of the Culinary Health Program at the Rutgers Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH), and others for the valuable lessons she learned and her current success.
