Announcement by Rachel Lyons, chair of the Department of 4-H Youth Development
Please welcome Kelly Dziak to her new role as County 4-H Agent in Morris County effective today, September 1, 2022.
As you may know, Kelly comes with a wealth of 4-H experience– for over 12 years served as a 4-H Program Associate with the Morris County 4-H Program. Prior to that she worked on the grant-funded 4-H Operation: Military Kid program. Kelly was also a 4-H member as a youth and served as a 4-H volunteer as a young adult.
Kelly’s credentials include a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Farleigh Dickenson University and a bachelor’s in Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Disabilities and Human Services from the University of Massachusetts.
Kelly has expertise in 4-H club program management, volunteer recruitment and development, and the overall 4-H program marketing and public relations. She has provided leadership of the Morris County 4-H program for nearly a decade. Kelly’s previous professional and personal experiences will be a tremendous asset as she transitions into this faculty role within the 4-H Department.
