While New Jersey has a reputable winemaking history, it is also seeing a surge in the establishment of new wineries around the state, and now boasts three regions that are official American Viticultural Areas.
A handful of recent graduates from the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS) have carved out careers for themselves at New Jersey vineyards, having prepped for the wine industry in different ways while at SEBS.
