The Rutgers Gardens Internship Program offers professional opportunities for students to gain practical, hands-on experience, learn career skills and to study in a botanical garden rich in plant diversity. This is the second year that the internship program featured a collaborative relationship with Central Park, one of the leading urban parks in the world. This year, 10 Rutgers students spent the summer at Central Park, working two days per week in New York City and the remainder of the work week at Rutgers Gardens in New Brunswick.
