Announcement from Kathleen Howell, director of administration, Rutgers Cooperative Extension
I am pleased to share that Hanh La will be joining Rutgers Cooperative Extension as a new Senior Program Administrator – Impact Assessment and Management, effective July 1.
In this role, Hanh will provide statewide leadership and support to strengthen Cooperative Extension programming through robust evaluation and impact assessment practices. She will work across program teams, educational initiatives, and outreach efforts to elevate cooperative extension’s impact, visibility, and access across the state. This includes participating in the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive program evaluation system and related reporting and communication processes.
Hanh holds a doctoral degree in infectious disease epidemiology and a master’s degree in environmental health sciences, both from Johns Hopkins University. She brings extensive experience in program evaluation, impact assessment, and the strategic use of data to drive improvements in health, education, and social programs. Her background includes roles with the U.S. Agency for International Development, the World Health Organization, and several institutions of higher education.
