Alumni from Rutgers University gathered together with alumni and deans from other Big Ten agricultural schools for the annual Big Ten Colleges of Agriculture Alumni Reception at the National Press Club on Monday, March 13, 2023.
After a three-year layoff due to the pandemic, Rutgers returned to this event with a strong showing. RU alumni from class years ranging from the 1950s to 2017 enjoyed conversing and networking with each other and fully embraced the opportunity to make connections with their fellow Big Ten counterparts over some great food and beverages. Each school shared their customized giveaway items, filling the room with their unique personalities
We were happily joined by special guests, Francine Conway, Chancellor-Provost, Rutgers University-New Brunswick and Laura Lawson, Executive Dean of SEBS. Members of the Rutgers Office of Federal Relations and the Rutgers Club of Washington, DC also attended to help celebrate Rutgers among our peers.
