Michelle Brill, FCHS Educator of Mercer County takes you through the latest research-based recommendations for optimal health and wellness at this special time in a woman’s life cycle. Drawing upon the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020-2025, and Cornell University’s “Maternal and Infant Nutrition in the First 1,000 Days” course content, Michelle will explain the roles that nutrients and physical activity play before, during, and after pregnancy as well as how best to ensure that your infant thrives during the first year of life.
