Taking care of your heart, as well as being holistically healthy, has never been more important in our lives than right now. With so much going on in our lives recently, Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) of Somerset County is raising awareness by offering a free webinar series throughout February called Love Your Heart.
“As the leading cause of mortality for both men and women in the United States, we can show you how heart disease can be kept at bay with simple lifestyle changes that can make a lifetime of difference,” said Sigrid Solis, a program coordinator with FCHS of Somerset County.
This 4-part, interactive and live webinar series will focus on easy, heart healthy practices you can adapt into your lifestyle. From discussing general tips and facts, to digging deeper into understanding the role of fats and cholesterol, this series is perfect for those looking to rejuvenate their health and wellness.
