Jason Grabosky, professor in the Department of Ecology, Evolution and Natural Resources, received the 2012 International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) L.C. Chadwick Award for Arboricultural Research. Named in memory of horticulture researcher and professor, Lewis Charles Chadwick, this award is presented by ISA to individuals in recognition of their research and its valuable contribution to the field of arboriculture. Grabosky’s contribution to soil design research has become an industry standard for growing healthy trees.
