After her own family suffered the effects of superstorm Sandy, Maine artist Jerri Finch Holmes wanted to do something to help people at the Jersey Shore. So she organized a raffle using her own artwork in her hometown Belfast. The money will help the bay’s hard-hit shellfish growers, said Flimlin, a marine agent with the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Service and one of ReClam’s organizers.
